Let the European-inspired summer begin at The Chester with the Sunny Side Up Brunch, featuring solaire-inspired dishes paired with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label. The menus have been thoughtfully crafted and curated by Executive Chef, Sebastien Choui. An ancillary menu offering that nods to Veuve Clicquot is the newly introduced burger menu at The Chester, featuring two new burgers: Chester Burger made with Veuve Clicquot caramelized red onion, plum tomato confit, Veuve Clicquot tempura onion and swiss cheese, and Ratatouille Burger featuring homemade pesto bun, piperade, zucchini, plum tomato and yellow squash.
