Nestled within the heart of the Meatpacking District is the new culinary gem, Le Coin, on the corner of 13th Street and 9th Avenue. Le Coin introduces innovative dishes crafted by Executive Chef Sebastien Chaoui, inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Paris and coastal France. With indoor and al fresco seating, the restaurant effortlessly blends the bustling energy of New York City in a timeless, charming space adorned with vintage decor and original artwork curated by Paris Chong, Gallery Director of Leica Gallery LA.

Dress to impress. Fashion-forward, dressy-casual attire is encouraged. 

Not permitted: Athletic shoes in worn condition, baseball caps, beanies, flip flops, overly-revealing garments, graphic t-shirts, clothing with offensive language, bathing suits, and ripped denim.

Experience Saishin - “something new”. The rooftop omakase venue includes a custom menu set to the backdrop of the Manhattan skyline. Saishin highlights and honors traditional Japanese Cuisine and encourages groups and individuals to share through a culinary lens. Saishin is rooted in omakase sushi and Kaiseki tradition with mindful sourcing, seasonality & quality. The venue features both indoor and outdoor dining options while offering views of the Empire State Building and One World Trade Center.

CANCELLATION POLICY + FEES
A 5% Administrative fee, based upon the total amount of food items ordered will be added to your final bill. This charge is not a gratuity and no portion goes to the service staff. The fee is applied to offset ancillary expenses associated with the preparation and execution of your meal. It is subject to an 8.875% New York State sales tax.

Reservation cancellations are subject to a fee of $50 per person. 
All reservations may be rescheduled 30-days from the original reservation date to avoid the cancellation fee.

DRESS CODE 
Smart-casual dress code enforced. Athleticwear is not permitted.

Gansevoort’s Rooftop Loft is a tranquil escape in the heart of the Meatpacking District, where hotel guests and NYC locals alike can enjoy upscale European cuisine with stunning, panoramic views of the sparkling Manhattan skyline and Hudson River. 

Focused on simple, mindfully-sourced, high-quality ingredients, the menu changes periodically throughout the year, offering the best produce and flavors each season has to offer. The elevated culinary offerings beautifully pair with our premium craft cocktail selection, as well as a thoughtfully-curated champagne and wine program. 

The industrial-loft-inspired dining room features chevron hardwood floors, a curved beamed ceiling, a blush pink marble bar, intimate vintage rose velvet banquette seating, and a dramatic circular communal table with a ten-foot olive tree centerpiece. The gorgeous wrap-around terrace is filled with lush greenery, bromeliads, and palms creating a dreamy rooftop oasis. During the colder months, the terrace has operable walls so that guests can enjoy the space all year round.

Gansevoort Rooftop operates a food & beverage minimum spend requirement as follows;

Off Peak Period
Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday all day, Friday & Saturday 1PM-4PM
$50 per person

Peak Period
Friday & Saturday 4PM-11PM
$75 per person

*Gansevoort Hotel guests are exempt. All groups of 9 or more will be subject to a higher minimum spend. Kindly submit a request to our Events Team to plan your experience.
