BARRE: A transformational class based on Lotte Berk Method fundamentals, Pilates, and yoga proven to build a strong core, develop washboard abs, and improve your posture.
BARRE + CARDIO: What do you get when you combine the cardio benefits of interval training with the toning benefits of the barre technique? Barre + Cardio, a fun, sweaty, fat-burning, muscle-sculpting combo class that transforms your entire body.
SPORT: This calorie-burning cardio class works with resistance bands, core balls, and mat abdominals with jump backs to build stamina with a total body workout.
YOGA: A combination of yoga asanas that raise the body’s heat and increase cardio endurance, intense core functional training to strengthen and tone the core, Qi Gong circular movements, and stretching to move energy and produce a state of inner calm and balance.
BOOTCAMP: Lunges and planks and yoga, oh my! Our newest addition to the schedule combines signature moves from all the classes to present you with the ultimate strength and cardio challenge (which just happens to include a full 15 minutes of ab work)!
EXHALE POWER FLOW: Get ready to sweat in this athletically and mentally challenging yoga class that is both uplifting and flowing. Each class is set to a unique music mix blending rock, reggae, hip hop, blues, and world dance beats, and offers an inspiring message and a deeply relaxing finish. This fast-paced vinyasa flow class will tone your limbs and tighten your core.
EXHALE FLOW: Fusing traditional vinyasa methodology with contemporary dynamic flow, this uplifting yoga practice integrates breath and movement, inner and outer alignment, strength and flexibility accompanied by steady rhythmic tunes. Open classes appeal to students of all levels, while the advanced class allows experienced students to enhance their practice with challenging poses. The basic classes appeal to new students or anyone who wants to refine their practice.
EXHALE CHILL: Exhale Chill involves sequenced restorative and yin yoga postures designed to balance, calm and repair. Supported by props including bolsters and blankets, these long-hold poses allow your entire body to stretch gently, enhanced by meditation and deep breathing. Exhale Chill is the perfect complement to more rigorous yoga classes.
