Boozy ice cream floats meets traditional Jewish treats at the Dasher and Crank summer pop-up outside of the Gansevoort Meatpacking hotel. Stop by for a scoop of Babka n Cream, which founder Daniel Levine describes as a transcendent experience. It features "tons and tons of chunks" of babka prepared by his mentor, prominent Orthodox Jewish baker Zak the Baker. "You can taste the love," Levine says. Scoops start at $5.50 and floats start at $12 are available until Labor Day.
